From 1.1.2022 we decided to save more nature.
Every customer of our e-shop knows that there was always an invoice in the package. You will no longer find invoices in packages.
Why did we decide there?
We think that nowadays it is unnecessary to put invoices in a package. Most of us throw the invoice straight out with the box. We want to be modern and that is why you will have everything on the e-mail or after logging in to your e-shop account. When you log in to your account, you will obviously see more things there – Documents, orders, credit notes, tracking numbers of your orders and much more.
Can’t find the invoice?
You will find the invoice in the attachment to most of our e-mails. It depends on how you pay for the order. When paying online by card, you have an invoice immediately. When paying by cash on delivery or bank transfer, we will have an invoice in the e-mail at the time of sending the order.
However, for example, the e-mail may have been spammed or you may not be able to find it.
